Traveling Overseas??? Things that are a MUST

Ok Everyone, I am begining my packing for the Big move to Taiwan, and have compiled a list of "MUST" and a few links for all you Nomadic Travelers visiting other couuntries that I found to be helpful. Feel free to fill in any items I may leave out that you believe are important to have when traveling.  Thank You and GOODLUCK to all you Nomadics out there. 

My "MUST" List

• 
  
  FORDORS TRAVEL GUIDE (you can get one for any country)
• 
  
  A GREAT BOOK, iPod, or laptop ( Those airline flights and layovers can be long a boring. a great book can help past the time and offer a much needed distraction from the waiting. HOWEVER  ALWAYS KEEP AN EYE AND EAR ON YOUR SURROUNDINGS) 
• 
  
  PLUG CONVERTERS (If not sure about outlets they are avail at local elec or hardware store)
• 
  
  TSA Locks ( Approved by all airlines and extra security for luggage)
• 
  
  TINY ALARM CLOCK (I find it's helpful to keep on schedules when jet-lag sets in)
• 
  
  COMFORTABLE SHOES ( necessary when doing any travel. new shoes are the worst, never make the mistake of traveling with New shoes.)
• SMALL SUPPLY OF FAVORITE PERSONAL ITEMS ( until you get accustomed to your new surrounding having what you need with you will reduce stress and keep you focused on enjoying your trip)

So far that is my list, as I continue packing I will update items I find to be helpful.
